Coaching

A quiet space to reflect, gain clarity, and understand yourself more deeply

Coaching offers a quiet and supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and better understand yourself during times of change.

This work is grounded in conversation, presence, and thoughtful inquiry.
It is not about fixing or forcing outcomes.
It is about creating space to notice what matters and move forward with intention.

Who Is This For

Coaching may feel like a good fit if you:

Are navigating a transition or period of uncertainty
Want space to reflect and gain perspective
Are seeking clarity around your values, direction, or next steps
Prefer a grounded and conversational approach

This work is especially supportive for those who are ready to pause, take a closer look, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned.

What Coaching Feels Like

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and supportive.

I draw on Co Active coaching, along with my background in experience design, to create a space that feels both thoughtful and structured without being rigid.

You can expect guided questions, reflection, and moments of insight that help you see your experiences in a new way.

Wine may occasionally be used as a metaphor, but it is never required.

How We Work Together

Coaching is offered through a series of sessions, designed to give you the space and continuity to explore what is unfolding in your life.

Sessions are one on one and typically sixty minutes.

Some clients come with a specific question or transition in mind.
Others are looking for ongoing support as they move through a period of change.

We will discuss what feels right during an initial conversation.

A More Reflective Experience

For those who are drawn to a more creative and guided process, I also offer a one on one version of my Self Discovery Through Wine Labels experience.

This is a more immersive coaching series that uses visual reflection, metaphor, and guided prompts to explore identity, values, and personal narrative in a deeper way.

begin with a conversation

If coaching feels like the right next step, I invite you to book a discovery call.

This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if this approach feels supportive for you.
